Orders

What will be my total order cost?

    

Just add items to your basket and then click "checkout." As you get into the checkout process, you will see your order total at the bottom based on the cost of your items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

    

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

    

We currently charge sales tax in Washington, and any other state where we exceed the Nexus threshold.

Can I ship to a US address but use an international card?

    

If you are shipping to a US address, but are using an international credit card, you can do so using PayPal. Enter the US shipping address into the billing portion in the checkout process, and then click on PayPal to complete the transaction, and use your international credit card.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

    

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

    

You can return your items within 30 days after the delivery date to receive a refund on your order (minus shipping expense).  In order to process your return, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:

▪ Product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received
▪ Product must be in the original packaging
▪ Original tags must be attached (if applicable)
▪ Original packing slip must be included in the return shipment

There are certain situations where a product is not eligible for a return.  These situations include:
▪ Item returned with obvious signs of use
▪ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
▪ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

    

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

Am I able to exchange an item for another item?

    

We currently are not able to process exchanges, however we are able to process a refund of your order (minus shipping expense).  Once an item has been returned, the original form of payment will be refunded (within 7 business days).  Please see details of our return process under the “What is your return policy” section.

How do I send back a return?

    

Not happy with your DRYPT product?  Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund (minus shipping expense). Please follow the steps below:

US Customers: To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your return to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse. Once processed, refunds will be available in typically within 3-7 business days.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

    

We currently only offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99.  The discount will automatically be applied upon checkout.  Free shipping does not apply to international orders, or for orders under $99.

How long does it take to receive my order?

    

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.  For ground shipping, USPS/UPS delivers within 3-8 business days after picking up an order, depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Seattle, WA. Please note during high traffic events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, orders may take up to 7 days to process.

Where does my order ship from?

    

All orders ship from our warehouses in both Seattle, WA and Austin, TX.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

    

Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.  Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

Care Instructions & Sizing

How do I care for my DRYPT headband?

    

We recommend washing in cold water on gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach or add fabric conditioner. Wash dark colors separately. Hang dry. Do not dry-clean or iron the product.

What is the size of your product?

    

Headbands: This product is unisex and one-size fits most.

What are “Sweat-wicking fabrics”?

    

Sweat-wicking fabrics are fabrics with the ability to pull moisture away from the skin using tiny, built-in capillaries. Moisture is drawn to the exterior of the fabric, which makes it easier to evaporate. DRYPTTM headbands feature a unique, dual-layer design which allows the headband to pull more sweat away from the body.
